When you contact me directly for a potential collaboration (or when you choose to back one of my crowdfunding campaigns), I will typically collect (all or some of) the following data for purposes of quoting you a price, performing the contract, delivering my services/perks, invoicing, and communicating with you: name(s), e-mail address(es), postal address, phone number(s), tax number, content of your message or request, type and scope of the order and, if applicable, transferred files.

Google Analytics and Google Ads
This website reserves the right to use Google Ads and Google Analytics of the American company Google Inc. In Europe, Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland) is responsible for all Google services.
Google Analytics is an analytics tracking tool: it collects data about your actions on this website and provides reports (audience, display, ads, behavior, conversion, etc.) that allow me to better tailor this website and my service to your needs.
Google Analytics uses a tracking code to create a random, unique ID associated with your browser cookie. This is how Google Analytics recognizes you as a new user. All collected data is stored together with this user ID. Thus, it is possible to evaluate pseudonymous user profiles in the first place. By default, Google Analytics sets a retention period of 26 months for your user data. After this, your user data will be deleted. However, it is possible to choose a different retention period. Five options are available: deletion after 14 months, deletion after 26 months, deletion after 38 months, deletion after 50 months, no automatic deletion. Once the specified period has expired, the data will be deleted once a month. This retention period applies to your data associated with cookies, user recognition and advertising IDs (e.g. cookies of the DoubleClick domain).
Reporting results are based on aggregated data and are stored independently of user data. Aggregated data is a merging of individual data into a larger unit.
Under European Union data protection law, you have the right to receive, update, delete or restrict information about your data. Use the browser add-on to disable Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, dc.js) to prevent Google Analytics from using your data.
You can download and install the browser add-on from https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. Please note that this add-on only deactivates data collection by Google Analytics. If you want to deactivate, delete or manage cookies (regardless of Google Analytics), there is a separate guide for each browser (see above).

Newsletter/Content subscriptions
If you subscribe to a newsletter/blog, you submit the above personal data and give me the right to contact you by email. I use the data stored during the registration for the newsletter exclusively for the newsletter and do not pass it on.

MailChimp and/or Campaign Monitor
This website reserves the right to use the services of the newsletter company MailChimp, operated by The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308 USA. Thanks to MailChimp, I can easily send you interesting news via newsletter. MailChimp is a cloud-based newsletter management service. Alternatively, the services of Campaign Monitor (Campaign Monitor Pty Ltd, USA) may also be used.
So that MailChimp can prove that you have registered with the “list provider“, the date of registration and your IP address will be stored. MailChimp also stores your email address, name, physical address and demographic information, such as language or location. This information is used to send you e-mails and to enable certain other newsletter functions (such as evaluation of newsletters). MailChimp also shares information with third parties to provide better services. Some data MailChimp also shares with third-party advertising partners in order to better understand the interests and concerns of its customers so that more relevant content and targeted advertising can be provided.
Through so-called “web beacons“ (these are small graphics in HTML emails) MailChimp can determine whether the email has arrived, whether it has been opened and whether links have been clicked. All this information is stored on the MailChimp servers. As a result, I receive statistical evaluations and see exactly how well my newsletter was received by you. In this way I can adapt my offer much better to your wishes and improve my service.
MailChimp may also use this data to improve its own service. This makes it possible, for example, to optimize the sending of newsletters or to determine the location (the country) of the recipients.

Twitter (X) features may be built into this website to offer my services through different channels and to communicate with customers. These are, for example, embedded tweets, feeds, timelines, buttons or hashtags. Twitter (X) is a short news service and social media platform of Twitter (X) Inc., One Cumberland Place, Fenian Street, Dublin 2 D02 AX07, Ireland.
When you interact with Twitter content, such as clicking a button, Twitter can collect and store data. That happens even if you don’t have a Twitter account. The data collected and processed includes demographic data, browser cookie IDs, your smartphone’s ID, hashed email addresses and information about which pages you visited on Twitter and what actions you took. Of course, Twitter stores more data when you have a Twitter account and are logged in. Usually, this storage happens via cookies.
The Twitter (X) servers are located in various server centers in the United States. Accordingly, it can be assumed that collected data will be stored in the USA. Twitter (X) emphasizes in its privacy policy that it does not store data from external website visits if you or your browser is located in the European Economic Area or in Switzerland. Standardisiert ist bei Google Analytics eine Aufbewahrungsdauer Ihrer Userdaten von 26 Monaten eingestellt. Dann werden Ihre Userdaten gelöscht. Allerdings gibt es die Möglichkeit, die Aufbewahrungsdauer von Nutzdaten selbst zu wählen. Dafür stehen fünf Varianten zur Verfügung: Löschung nach 14 Monaten, Löschung nach 26 Monaten, Löschung nach 38 Monaten, Löschung nach 50 Monaten, Keine automatische Löschung.
Wenn der festgelegte Zeitraum abgelaufen ist, werden einmal im Monat die Daten gelöscht. Diese Aufbewahrungsdauer gilt für Ihre Daten, die mit Cookies, Usererkennung und Werbe-IDs (z.B. Cookies der DoubleClick-Domain) verknüpft sind. Berichtergebnisse basieren auf aggregierten Daten und werden unabhängig von Nutzerdaten gespeichert. Aggregierte Daten sind eine Zusammenschmelzung von Einzeldaten zu einer größeren Einheit.
Nach dem Datenschutzrecht der Europäischen Union haben Sie das Recht, Auskunft über Ihre Daten zu erhalten, sie zu aktualisieren, zu löschen oder einzuschränken. MailChimp und/oder Campaign Monitor
Diese Webseite behält sich das Recht vor, die Dienste des Newsletter-Unternehmens MailChimp zu nutzen. Damit MailChimp auch nachweisen kann, dass Sie sich in den „Listenprovider“ eingetragen haben, wird das Datum der Eintragung und Ihre IP-Adresse gespeichert. Weiters speichert MailChimp Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, Ihren Namen, die physische Adresse und demografische Informationen, wie Sprache oder Standort. Diese Informationen werden verwendet, um Ihnen E-Mails zu senden und bestimmte anderer MailChimp-Funktionen (wie z.B. Auswertung der Newsletter) zu ermöglichen.
MailChimp teilt Informationen auch mit Drittanbieter, um bessere Dienste bereitzustellen. Einige Daten teilt MailChimp auch mit Werbepartnern von Drittanbietern, um die Interessen und Anliegen seiner Kunden besser zu verstehen, damit relevantere Inhalte und zielgerichtete Werbung bereitgestellt werden kann.
Durch sogenannte „Web Beacons“ (das sind kleine Grafiken in HTML-E-Mails) kann MailChimp feststellen, ob die E-Mail angekommen ist, ob sie geöffnet wurde und ob Links angeklickt wurden. All diese Informationen werden auf den MailChimp-Servern gespeichert. Dadurch erhalte ich statistische Auswertungen und sehen genau, wie gut mein Newsletter bei Ihnen ankam. Auf diese Weise kann ich mein Angebot viel besser an Ihre Wünsche anpassen und mein Service verbessern. MailChimp darf zudem diese Daten auch zur Verbesserung des eigenen Service-Dienstes verwenden. Dadurch kann beispielsweise der Versand technisch optimiert werden oder der Standort (das Land) der Empfänger bestimmt werden.
Manchmal kann es vorkommen, dass Sie den Newsletter zur besseren Darstellung über einen angegebenen Link öffnen. Das ist zum Beispiel der Fall, wenn Ihr E-Mail-Programm nicht funktioniert oder der Newsletter nicht ordnungsgemäß anzeigt wird. Der Newsletter wird dann über eine Website von MailChimp angezeigt. Facebook Soziale Plug-ins

Es ist gut möglich, dass auf dieser Webseite Funktionen von Twitter (X) eingebaut werden, um meine Dienstleistungen über verschiedene Kanäle anzubieten und mit Kunden zu kommunizieren. Dabei handelt es sich zum Beispiel um eingebettete Tweets, Feeds, Timelines, Buttons oder Hashtags. Wenn Sie ein Twitter-Konto besitzen, können Sie Ihre Daten verwalten, indem Sie unter dem „Profil“-Button auf „Mehr“ klicken. Anschließend klicken Sie auf „Einstellungen und Datenschutz“. Hier können Sie die Datenverarbeitung individuell verwalten.
Wenn Sie kein Twitter-Konto besitzen, können Sie auf twitter.com gehen und dann auf Einstellungen – „Individualisierung“ klicken. Unter dem Punkt „Individualisierung und Daten“ können Sie Ihre erhobenen Daten verwalten.
Twitter (X) verwendet die Daten auch für personalisierte Werbung in- und außerhalb von Twitter (X). In den Einstellungen können Sie unter „Individualisierung und Daten“ die personalisierte Werbung abschalten. Diese Website nutzt Webseite Social-Plug-ins des Social-Media-Netzwerks LinkedIn, der Firma LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Bei den Social-Plug-ins kann es sich um Feeds, das Teilen von Inhalten oder um die Verlinkung zu meiner LinkedIn-Seite handeln. Die Social-Plug-ins sind eindeutig mit dem bekannten LinkedIn-Logo gekennzeichnet und erlauben beispielsweise interessante Inhalte direkt über diese Webseite zu teilen. Für den Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum und die Schweiz ist die Firma LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company Wilton Place in Dublin für die Datenverarbeitung verantwortlich.
Durch die Einbettung solcher Plug-ins können Daten an LinkedIn versandt, gespeichert und dort verarbeitet werden. Eingebaute Social-Plug-ins werden von mir als erweiterten Service auf meiner Webseite betrachtet. Und zwar unabhängig, ob Sie ein LinkedIn-Konto haben oder nicht. Falls Sie angemeldet sind, werden die erhobenen Daten Ihrem Konto zugeordnet.
Grundsätzlich behaltet LinkedIn Ihre personenbezogenen Daten so lange, wie es das Unternehmen als nötig betrachtet, um die eigenen Dienste anzubieten. LinkedIn löscht aber Ihre personenbezogenen Daten, wenn Sie Ihr Konto löschen. In manchen Ausnahmefällen behaltet LinkedIn selbst nach Ihrer Kontolöschung einige Daten in zusammengefasster und anonymisierter Form.
Sie haben jederzeit das Recht auf Ihre personenbezogenen Daten zuzugreifen und sie auch zu löschen. In Ihrem LinkedIn-Konto können Sie Ihre Daten verwalten, ändern und löschen. Zudem können Sie von LinkedIn auch eine Kopie Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten anfordern.

Wenn Sie auf dieser Website eine Seite aufrufen, die ein YouTube-Video eingebettet hat, verbindet sich Ihr Browser automatisch mit den Servern von YouTube bzw. Google. Dabei werden (je nach Einstellungen) verschiedene Daten übertragen. Für die gesamte Datenverarbeitung im europäischen Raum ist Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Irland) verantwortlich.
Sobald Sie eine Webseite besuchen, die ein YouTube-Video eingebaut hat, setzt YouTube zumindest ein Cookie, das Ihre IP-Adresse und meine URL speichert. Wenn Sie in Ihrem YouTube-Konto eingeloggt sind, kann YouTube Ihre Interaktionen auf dieser Webseite meist mithilfe von Cookies Ihrem Profil zuordnen. Dazu zählen Daten wie Sitzungsdauer, Absprungrate, ungefährer Standort, technische Informationen wie Browsertyp, Bildschirmauflösung oder Ihr Internetanbieter. Weitere Daten können Kontaktdaten, etwaige Bewertungen, das Teilen von Inhalten über Social Media oder das Hinzufügen zu Ihren Favoriten auf YouTube sein.
Wenn Sie nicht in einem Google-Konto oder einem YouTube-Konto angemeldet sind, speichert Google Daten mit einer eindeutigen Kennung, die mit Ihrem Gerät, Browser oder App verknüpft sind. So bleibt beispielsweise Ihre bevorzugte Spracheinstellung beibehalten.
Die Daten, die YouTube von Ihnen erhält und verarbeitet werden auf den Google-Servern gespeichert. Die meisten dieser Server befinden sich in Amerika. Unter https://www.google.com/about/datacenters/inside/locations/?hl=de sehen Sie genau wo sich die Google-Rechenzentren befinden. Ihre Daten sind auf den Servern verteilt. So sind die Daten schneller abrufbar und vor Manipulation besser geschützt.
Die erhobenen Daten speichert Google unterschiedlich lang. Manche Daten können Sie jederzeit löschen, andere werden automatisch nach einer begrenzten Zeit gelöscht und wieder andere werden von Google über längere Zeit gespeichert. Einige Daten (wie Elemente aus „Meine Aktivität“, Fotos oder Dokumente, Produkte), die in Ihrem Google-Konto gespeichert sind, bleiben so lange gespeichert, bis Sie sie löschen. Auch wenn Sie nicht in einem Google-Konto angemeldet sind, können Sie einige Daten, die mit Ihrem Gerät, Browser oder App verknüpft sind, löschen.
